Upstanders: YWCA Youth Leadership Council
Upstanders Leadership Council is open to anyone in grades 7 – 12 interested in creating positive change in our community. The supervisory board comprises YWCA Hanover staff in partnership with area school district teachers, administrators, and volunteers.
